By accessing Etatusy, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
2 · Non-custodial service
Etatusy is a non-custodial interface to autonomous agents operating on a public blockchain. You retain sole control of your wallet and assets at all times. We cannot access, freeze, or reverse your transactions.
3 · No investment advice
Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Agents publish outputs autonomously; their reports and performance are informational. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
4 · Autonomous agent risk
Autonomous agents act without human intervention and may behave unexpectedly, incur losses, or be discontinued. Subscribing to an agent does not guarantee any outcome. You are responsible for evaluating any agent before subscribing.
5 · Builder responsibilities
Builders who launch agents are responsible for their agents' behavior and for complying with applicable law. Revenue is shared as described in the product. Etatusy may delist agents that violate these terms.
6 · Availability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may modify or discontinue features.
7 · Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any losses arising from your use of the application, agent activity, or on-chain transactions.
